Shipping Policy

We aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping to meet your needs. Below are the details regarding our shipping options, costs, and procedures.

1. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the selected shipping method. The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $6.5 applies to orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

3. Can I Have My Order Shipped to Multiple Addresses?

We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

4. Do You Deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

  • PO Boxes: We are able to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Military APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Address Corrections and Lost Orders

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@herbal6.com within 3 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be redirected. However, you have the following options:

  • Local Post Office Redirection: If the package has been delivered to your local post office, you may contact them directly to request a redirection to a different address. Please note that this service is at the discretion of the postal office.
  • Further Assistance: For any additional help, reach out to our Customer Care Team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Important Note: Before finalizing your order, please carefully review your personal information (e.g., shipping address, phone number, email) to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived at your shipping address within 15 business days from the date of order placement, please contact us at contact@herbal6.com. Our Customer Care Team will handle your case, and if necessary, we will issue a replacement or refund.
